The iPhone Duo is Apple's first foldable iPhone. Launched on October 23, 2026, from $1,999, it is two devices in one: a 5.4″ phone when folded and a 7.6″ tablet when open. At Franco Food we didn't wait to find out how our app would look on it — we got ready. 👇
📱 One app, two sizes
Folded, the Duo shows the app at 466 × 678 CSS pixels (1398 × 2034 px). Open, it grows to 626 × 890 CSS pixels (2007 × 2853 px) — a full tablet-sized canvas in your pocket. From April 2027, apps built with the iOS 27.1+ SDK will have to include Duo screenshots in the App Store. Ours are already prepared, in English, Spanish and French.
🛠️ What we changed to get ready
On the open screen the app now uses the full width instead of sitting in a narrow column: the content grows to 600 px, featured dishes show in two columns, category circles wrap instead of getting cut off, and the bottom bar stays fixed where your thumb expects it. The folded view keeps everything exactly as you know it. The Duo-ready layout is part of our next app update.

🚗 Drivers get the big screen too
The driver view benefits just as much: the black map fills the whole 7.6″ display when unfolded, with the balance, the start button and the bottom bar right where they belong — no more squinting at a small map while you drive.
Foldable phones are just getting started, and Franco Food will be there from day one — in Trinidad & Tobago, Antigua & Barbuda and Dominica, and everywhere the Duo goes next. 🚀
