Legal Notice – Update to Stripe Terms for Franco App Users

Dear Drivers, Merchants, and Partners of Franco App,

Franco App uses Stripe as its payment service provider to process transactions through connected accounts. This notice is to formally inform you of an important update to Stripe’s legal terms that applies to all users who process payments within the Franco platforms.

Update to Stripe Terms
Stripe has updated its Stripe Services Agreement and its Connected Account Agreement to streamline its legal framework globally, improve contractual clarity, and reflect the expansion of its financial services and international coverage.

The most notable changes include:

• A unified set of global Stripe Terms with country-specific regional provisions.

• Reorganization of terms applicable to financial services involving the movement of funds.

• Introduction of additional service-specific terms for certain Stripe products.

• An increase in the limitation of liability to an amount equal to up to 12 months of fees.

• Enhanced confidentiality and data protection obligations.

• Updates to Stripe’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Effective Dates

• For new Stripe users: the updated Terms have been effective since November 18, 2025.

• For existing users, including Drivers, Merchants, and Partners with connected accounts on Franco App: the updated Terms will become effective on March 1, 2026.

Required Action
No action is required on your part to accept these updated Terms.
Your continued use of Franco App’s payment services and Stripe on or after March 1, 2026 will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the payment services and request closure of your account prior to the effective date.
