Franco Food Live Streaming – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Live Streaming feature within Franco Food App, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. This service is operated by Franco Food App and SgtWarfare LLC (collectively referred to as "the Company").

2. Purpose of Live Streaming

The Live Streaming feature is exclusively intended for the promotion and sale of products through the Franco Food App platform. Users may only stream products that are actively available for sale and delivery through the platform.

3. Physical Possession Requirement

Users may only broadcast products that are physically in their possession at the time of the live stream. Listings or broadcasts of products not currently owned, possessed, or available for immediate fulfillment are strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited during live broadcasts:

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content.
Nudity or sexually suggestive material.
Violence, graphic content, or illegal activities.
Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive product presentations.
Any content that violates local, national, or international laws.

Any account found broadcasting prohibited content may be immediately suspended or permanently disabled without prior notice.

5. Product Sales and Fulfillment

Products sold during a live stream are subject to availability and successful order placement through the Franco Food App.

Once an order is placed:

A nearby delivery driver may accept the delivery request.
The driver will collect the purchased product from the seller.
The product will be delivered directly to the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery times may vary depending on driver availability, traffic conditions, weather, and other operational factors.

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

Providing accurate product descriptions.
Maintaining inventory availability.
Ensuring products are ready for pickup immediately after purchase.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Packaging products appropriately for transport.

7. Company Rights

Franco Food App and SgtWarfare LLC reserve the right to:

Monitor live broadcasts.
Remove content that violates these Terms.
Suspend or terminate user accounts.
Restrict access to the Live Streaming feature at their sole discretion.
Investigate reports of misconduct or policy violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Franco Food App and SgtWarfare LLC are not responsible for product quality, seller representations, customer disputes, delays caused by external circumstances, or losses resulting from user misconduct.

9. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Live Streaming feature constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
