How to Accept a Trip in Franco Drive

2. Accept the trip

Pickup address.Delivery address.

After accepting, the app will display the map and best route to reach the restaurant, store, or pickup location.

3. Check order readiness:

When you arrive at the partnered business, make sure to review the products listed in the app.

Once all items are marked, the button “I Have All The Products” will turn green.

This ensures that every product the customer ordered is included and avoids mistakes if something is missing.

After the button turns green and you’ve collected the order, tap “I Have All The Products” to confirm that the order is ready to be taken.

🔹 If the order requires cash payment to the business, the app will tell you the exact amount you need to pay to the partner store when picking up the order.

4. Start the delivery

Tap “Deliver” in the app.

This will notify the customer that you are on the way with their order.

The app will then show you the customer’s address and the best route.

5. Complete the trip:

When you arrive at the customer’s location and hand over the order, tap “Completed” in the app.

If the trip was cash payment, you will collect the full amount directly from the customer, and that will be your earnings for the delivery.

If the trip was paid by card, the system will automatically add your earnings to your wallet inside the Franco Drive app — no extra payment process is needed.
