Franco App Promotional Event

1. Organizer

This promotional event is organized by Franco App and applies to Franco App platforms, including but not limited to Franco Food and any other Franco App services.

This promotion is valid in Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda, and any other country officially announced by Franco App in future promotional communications.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion will run for one (1) calendar month starting from the official announcement date published on Franco App’s official social media platforms.

The winner will be announced within a few days after the promotion period ends.

Franco App reserves the right to extend or modify the promotion period if necessary.

3. Eligibility

• The promotion is valid only for legal residents of the countries officially announced for that specific promotional event (including Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda, or any additional country designated by Franco App).

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.

• Participants must comply with all requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Participate

To participate, individuals must:

• Download the applicable Franco App platform (e.g., Franco Food or other designated Franco App service).

• Register and actively use the application (at least one genuine interaction such as placing an order, browsing, or using any functional feature of the platform).

• Create an original video sharing their experience using the Franco App platform.

• Post the video on Facebook or Instagram.

• Tag the official Franco App Facebook page.

• Include the official hashtag designated by Franco App for that specific promotion (the hashtag will be announced in the official promotional post).

Participants’ profiles must remain public during the promotion period to allow verification of engagement metrics.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be the participant whose video receives the highest number of verified views at the end of the official promotion period.

• Only views accumulated within the official promotion period will be counted.

• Franco App reserves the right to verify the authenticity of views and engagement metrics.

• Any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, artificial engagement manipulation, or violation of these Terms may be disqualified at Franco App’s sole discretion.

6. Prize

• The winner will receive a monetary prize.

• The specific prize amount may vary depending on the country and the promotional campaign and will be announced in the official promotion details.

• The prize will be delivered through the payment method designated by Franco App for the applicable country.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative benefits unless otherwise stated by Franco App.

7. Post-Win Requirement

The winner must:

• Create and publish a second video confirming receipt of the prize from Franco App.

• Tag the official Franco App Facebook page again.

Failure to comply with this requirement within the timeframe communicated by Franco App may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

• Participation in this promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• Franco App reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion in cases of force majeure, fraud, technical failures, or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

• Franco App reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.

• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
